App Issues - Overblown, Underblown, or equally-blown?

I use the web app and Andorid app for 6ish hours a day and run into a application problem about once every 5-6 weeks. (I reboot my cable box once every two weeks or so(

The other times it is me being on WIFI and leaving the hotspot and it losing connection and being an idiot.

So, do you have a bunch of web/phone app issues? Because when I hear about them talk about it on the show it is foreign to me.

iPhone app, constantly.

does anyone not have a rewind issues on the app and the site? it seems like the slider needs a more detailed interface. you can't just drag the slider back 5 minutes without the app/player timing out or taking you back too far. I've had it where i tried to reload it and it takes me to live radio on the channel. even the skip back button ( or whatever that is ) doesn't work properly and will take you to the middle of a segment and not the beginning. fuck the app and fuck the player online.

Yes - the rewind issue is super annoying.

I have android and stream over Wifi in the morning.
* I have to hit pause during every break or else it will timeout.
* It will randomly pause itself during streaming.
* If I am streaming the show about an hour or so behind live then hit the pause button, when I hit play the stream will skip ahead an hour and go live.
* The skip forward/back button will make the stream go live if I hit it twice too quickly.
* If I go from Wifi streaming to cellular data, it will use up the stream cache then say data connection lost.

About two years ago the app was shit for me on my iPhone 3GS. I since moved to android in July of 2012 and haven't had any issues. I listen to O&A 99% of the time at work on the XM/Sirius website and very rarely do I have an issue. The other day there was a system wide problem with logging on but after trying to log onto the site after 4 or 5 attempts I was able to get on.

I have issues with it but they're just mild annoyances. I don't get too worked up about it. I have the Louis CK attitude - a satellite signal is being beamed into a computer my pocket, it's not always going to be perfect. I like Sirius. Sorry they're "fucking the guys over" (We hate them so much, why won't they help us!!) but it's a good service with a lot of content i enjoy.

I try to be happy that I'm listening to three New Yorkers from back home talking while I'm stuck in Texas, via a magical fucking beam that bounces off of some metal in space and back down to the tiny computer in my pocket, but FUCK the app. A ton of other players have figured out how to make an intuitive interface.

The slider fucking blows. If you want to rewind to hear a joke again because you didn't catch it the first time, but now Jimmy is wheezing, enjoy listening to at least 20 minutes of the fucking segment you did hear first.

Playing NHL 14 and listening to the show at the same time? I hope you like when it suddenly turns off because you haven't been fucking with it. Inactivity timeouts are annoying as fuck.

Feed suddenly cut out? That makes no sense, right? You're in your house, connected to wifi, and you're playing Battlefield online, so you know your internet is working. "DATA CONNECTION LOST"

Sometimes if I pause the app, and then turn it back on 20 minutes later, it will get stuck replaying the same 5 minutes of the show. I have to close the app, restart it, and try to figure out where the fuck I was with the retarded slider that has the pinpoint accuracy I'd expect from Michael J Fox with a sniper rifle.

I love the convenience of the app, and it'd be awesome if they could fix the fucking thing, but as it stands (and as it has stood for years), the thing fucking stinks.

Issues with phone app DAILY(iPhone wifi)- listen to o&a and RF. Often have an issue multiple times daily

The app will occasionally time out for me but I just hit play again and it starts back immediately. Not an issue at all since it only happens once a show, and only after a lot of inactivity.

Daily iPhone app problems.

I also have SiriusXM customer service problems and I'm without O&A in one of our cars because of the shitty customer service.

I used to have a ton of issues when I had an iphone 4 it was so buggy but after I moved up to a 5 I really didn't have many issues. After the iOS update recently the app worked even better. I mean once and a while I'll have an issue but it's normally when everyone else is having issues.

I'm still trying to figure out why there's a listening timeout when in offline mode. After I've downloaded an On Demand show, why every 1 1/2 hours should I have to unlock my phone and go press the "keep listening" button. It's actually a safety hazard to have to hit the "keep listening" button if you're utilizing the on demand while driving.

App is down... not "connecting" at this time, everything else that utilizes the internet on my phone works... for example... Pandora, Reddit and Twitter. It's really ridiculous from a company the size of Sirius XM.
