What makes you think he's not allowed to promote on Stern or O&A? It's common knowledge that Stern doesn't want to have Artie in. And, Crash and Burn commercials play on O&A in fact I believe Ant did live read's last week for it.
Plus he's not in New York this week, he's out in LA doing the press circuit. We can only hope that he's on the show next week.
