She didn't have her receipt so no way in hell would she get a refund anyways. Plus we never got to see the cashier but I'm with you guys on the non-caring Asians. This cunt got under my skin about the third time she yelled WHAT'S MY NAME?! and I was blinded by hatred.
I could understand that in a small town but in a place like that, where employees often change and they see a lot of different faces each day, I doubt anybody would remember her except now as the loud cunt whose husband fucked up and threw away his receipt.
i worked in retail awhile back in a bad area and they would try to retrun shit from other stores or just something they picked up to get money, you cant trust anyone anymore so fuck this lady, i hate people who know the rules then get mad when they mess up, people say oh its only 9 dollars just let her have it, but it is only 9 dollars so she should just give up and eat her fucking yams or whatever she was buying.
Maybe it's generalizing but I do notice a lot of foreign retailers don't look at the whole picture like this more then others. They'll fixate on the 9 bucks they'd lose rather then the thousands in repeat purchasing by turning off a customer; and that's not to mention any influence customer may have on other customers, especially now with twitter, yelp, etc.
