He does the show 5 days a week normally, and when he is out the show goes on.
Howie does the show 3 days a week at most, and is often on vacation. When he is gone there is no show.
Missing a day here and there isn't a big deal.

He doesn't take enough days off. He should stop coming in altogether. He's been doing radio since he's 18, he's earned an early retirement.
