Unless the newer units do it mine can pause and record but not do on demand. I haven't been using mine much though as I have the app on my phone and don't do Long driving trips anymore

Can you set them to record specific shows? And do you know if I can keep signing with the free trial like the app? Thanks for the response

Should be able to, as long as it is on. As for the trial I don't know but for me app/Internet was only an extra $3.00 when attached to radio id

Alright thanks a lot for your help

I had the Pioneer Airware, and still have my Inno portable XM player. You can record stuff, although I don't really use it with on-demand available now. Before the online stuff was available in phones, I rocked these devices for years. Good stuff!

Alright thanks a lot do you know if I can just keep signing up for a free trial? Or if I can pay a lump sum of money to get the service for a certain amount of time?

Easier to just pay a lump sum.

Yeah idk if you can just keep renewing your trial with a actual satellite radio I'm looking at getting one on eBay with a lifetime membership already in it because I think they stopped offering lifetime memberships. And thank you for your input!
