Todd has run his course. Ron outright said today that he hasn't cut Todd loose yet because he is a mentally ill "family" member. I appreciate that fact, but I pay for the service of Siruis. 5,6,7 years. How long do we as loyal listeners have to listen to this sniffling baby. If he was in my life I would have cut him loose years ago. Tough love sometimes is the only answer. He has money and will have Ron in his corner, but fuck if he doesn't ruin the show. Dave, Pepper, Shelby etc can more than pick up the slack.

What slack? that lumpy cunt has done the square root of fuck all for years now. It'll be less work and stress for Pep-dawg not having to clean up after Fez or have to swallow Ronnie's misdirected rage.
Hicks currently has to do what Travis, Sam, Sal, Roland and Troy do, plus run the interns and then co-host the fucking show. Rides home to his rent-controlled apartment with its broken window.
Fez is sacked (and hopefully made homeless), Classic Shelb gets hired and Hicks gets a raise, an exec producer gets hired, and they still come out ahead, both in show budget and show quality.
It'll never happen though, Ron says he never fires anyone (he just makes them quit) ... but Fez refuses to quit, that selfish cunt will stick to Ronnie's heel like a piece of toilet paper, and will sit clinging to the console, mute and mental, stealing money and pissing in Pepper's face.

Nicely stated. I honestly think that Fez does not realize how little he contributes, and when he DOES contribute, it actually sucks the content and flow from the show. As I've been doing since I became a subscriber in 2006. I can't stand Fez.
I got in the car today and it was still on the O&A channel, and Fez was agitated so I didn't change the channel, but normally I'd switch to Octane or Lithium.
Today he made me realize that the word "upset" is for people with very thin skin. A normal person would either say it's no big deal, as Ron suggested, or be mad. Not "upset"
