how hard would it be to make an android soundboard app with commonly played clips from the show?

Just thinking it would be fun to car crash myself during some phonecalls, but dont know if that would even be possible. (or yeah this post) just an idea, dont know if theres an app that you can create your own soundboard type of thing, I have looked, couldnt find anything. or how hard it would be. Might be fun to play with for a few minutes as long as it doesnt take a lot of work. But hey, what do i know

i have one but you have to get the sounds yourself. some are more elusive than others.

There is an app on Google Play called 'Ha ha noises: Opie and Anthony Soundboard" It's obviously pre-made and it isn't perfect but you might like it.
