I hadn't heard about that. I'm not surprised since FX really has their shit together about the present and future of comedy. But damn, that would've been great.
It sucks to know that he was two weeks away from being a powerhouse to everyone, not just those who knew him already. His show would have been genius, especially because they were going to give him full control like they did for Louis. Everyday man, everyday I think about how good he was and how much I want to hear him again.

What I would have given for Louis to have re-done an entire Louie episode, credits, stand-up, story and all -- but with Patrice in place of Louis, doing it all line-for-line as a DVD extra.
