Anthony is a completely different story. And if I recall, Ant wasn't actively accusing anyone in particular, he was just referencing 4Chan and Reddit and their detective work. I'm pretty sure Ant is smart enough to know that accusing somebody of terrorism on the air without evidence is subject to a lawsuit.

Might I add, Opie and Anthony use to hold the Homeless Shopping Spree each Christmas season where they would load up a bus of homeless people, give them each $100 a piece and take them to a mall so they could spend it on whatever they wanted.
