Yes, judging from those two videos they look like very nice people.
They're cruel to the lowest members of society, laugh in their face, and then throw money at them just to rub it in.
They don't even do it in a nice manner, they throw it on the ground. It's not so much they're giving it to these people, they need to show that they're essentially "throwing it away", and appear as if they're better than the person receiving the money.
