Jim Norton really showed his ignorance when it comes to rap music. I hate when they talk about things out of pocket that they don't know about.

Public Enemy talked about insecurities. So did Kanye West, Nas, Jay-Z, Andre 3000 of Outkast, Drake, J.Cole, Wale. SOOO MANY. It has become a trend in hip hop to talk about fear and insecurities.
Jimmy was talking so out of pocket.
SAM ROBERTS IS A FUCKING IDIOT ABOUT RAP. HE IS NOT SMART. HE IS LIKE A DUMBER OPIE. UGH IT MAKES ME SO MAD. SAM HAS NO INTELLECT WHATSOEVER!!! UGHHHHH. SO ANGRY.
Even if you go back to the start of rap music with KRS-One and Grandmaster Flash and Furious Five.
God, it makes me so mad when I hear one of them being SO WRONG and Ignorant. They don't know ANYTHING about real rap music and real hip hop heads.

You're asking for it throwing those buzz words around.

haha, those were douchey terms by me. I agree. I was speaking from a point of passion. I rarely get my emotions under control lmao.

When is the last time anyone cared about Jimmy's review of a hiphop album? Never. Doesn't matter.

There should be less music talk on the program. They just droned on and on about rap and jazz. This happens a lot, sometimes they'll spend an hour or more just talking and talking about alt rock or music. I listen to the show to hear hilarious spoofs of the news, or poignant commentary about the state of political correctness. I didn't listen to hear them analyze music.
The only redeeming value of that segment: the end where Ant went into his old radio voice. "Watch out for the negro". More impressions, more jokes about the news, less music talk, please.

Most rappers talk about their insecurity until their career trajectory takes care of that inner turmoil for them.
