Troy Quan is not a bad person. I wouldn't want to be his best friend. The show will be worse without him. All of the current support staff are great. They understand the show and play their parts well.

First and foremost, Troy is a piece of shit. He does provide filler for the guys and the shit power hour. I'd prefer he stayed behind the scenes, enough douche pours forth from Sam's mouth to cover that. However, hes good at his job and is an asset to the show and should not lose his gig. Zito is also a worm, fuck him...

Everyone other than Sam and Travis needs to get off the air. I like O&A but I don't like how the staff always comes on. I don't care what E-Rock has to say, and it's not like he says anything anymore, he just yells out "No", or bashes Sean F as a "psychopath". Most of the time, Sam ends up describes what E-Rock is doing.

The show should focus on the hosts, and the opinions of the hosts. The staff should play second fiddle, and stay behind the scenes.

I used to be 50/05 on Troy. He annoyed with his "question everything" bullshit and he does start arguments at 11 for almost no reason. But he has sort of become a neo-Pat-Duffy and I don't want to see him go.

And like what the boys said earlier, I'm sure the shit we're privy to from listening is not a reflection of what happens in the proper work environment.

If they kept him on production only, he would be better off. The show, not so much, because they feed on that internal conflict. But he does great production and adds to the show in that way. I don't necessarily want him gone, just get him off the mic.

I guess I don't think anyone should be fired for something they said, but I do think he's a huge douche and should be kept off the air except to fight with derosa

i loved this, but i think joe is funny as fuck and troy was just saying this to make a good fight, which is why he is good for the show, now with troy AND danny gone, the show is rarely going to fights like that. i cant think of anyone on the show who has tension.

Aside from being a punching bag and talking about fucking Bailey jay when has he ever been funny? And he's been on the show off and on for years now so it's not like I'm ripping on him for being being the new guy. I just don't think he fits in with the show very well.

His "date from hell" story was goddamn amazing. That woman was far more hateable than DeRosa ever will be.

He's just sort of a broken dude. Like that one time he came in claiming he was in love and he had met "the one" and the next time he came in about a month later, said she had broke up with him because he was moving too fast. He's just pathetic and that's funny.

He's also a smart guy. I think he tries to be a hipster, but isn't confident enough to pull it off. He's definitely smarter and more well rounded than Troy, which is why Troy hated on him. Troy couldn't put together a short film or a stand up act if his life depended on it, he was way jealous of Joe, but knew Joe was too pussy to tell him anything back.

While that's a tad harsh, I absolutely agree with the fact that DeRosa is awful. I've never laughed at anything he's said and he comes off as a whiny little doormat.

A bit harsh as he isn't all that terrible, I feel DeRosa should get more shit for this incident though. He's trying to elevate his own profession above Troy's, he should elevate his attitude as well since he's in such a better position in life instead of being a dickfart.
