Because most of it is just for the radio. He has the highest ranking job in the studio besides the hosts of the show. He's been there for like 10 years or something so I'm sure he's doing a good job. That's his on air role. To be abused.

erock came into the radio game at a young age, hes a pro, and probably the best out of the staff, sam is good but god damn anything erock is gold, that guy has given them more radio material than anyone else on OnA.
E-Rock is teased for being lazy and confused at times, but he is literally obsessed with radio. He knows how to find every single break and bit they've ever done, and you'll notice that whenever O&A ask for radio history or radio gossip, they always go to E-Rock.

Yes. Simply because now Erock's failures have become a long running bit. A funny one at that.
The poor kid is a punching bag really. I'm amazed he hasn't shot up the place after all these years of constant verbal abuse.

Since 2005? Yeah, I'd say so. I think Erock is actually much more highly respected by O&A than they put across "for radio".

Opie has said many times that erock is irreplaceable.
