they need him for guests that's it, hes the only person on the show I don't like, I love how they always make fun of adam sandler for doing his weird voice cause he's scared to be himself, but that's all that roland does. you all know for a fact that slobbo can talk normal if he actually tried but he's just being the fat kid in grade school that has to make fart noises with his armpits with a straw cause otherwise people wouldn't like him.

and to top it off he's a little baby when OnA don't want to interview some asshole from some shitty USA network show like "suits" and then gets mad at them and they actually try to make him feel better and go "awh sorry roland don't be mad at me".

I hope he leaves with a big blowout and OnA actually get to say what they would say to anyone else left the show badly (Ben, Rick, danny).

all this hate is not because he is fat, erock is chubby but doesn't need to put on a stupid voice to make everyone laugh, he sits there and takes a beating like a pro, people act like roland is a fucking roast comic, when all he is just a shitty insecure person that only can think of just plain cruel insults (hopes ESD has retarted kid, or says a caller should die in an aids fire) he sucks, and everyone is scared to insult the fat fuck, I wish someone would someday.
