Greg Giraldo was not only the ultimate roast master he's probably one of the best comedians of our time. He fucking killed it every time. His stand up was incredibly progressive and thought provoking. The world of comedy took a huge hit when Giraldo passed.

He always walked off stage like a boss, he knew he killed that shit every time. RIP
EDIT: O&A the day after he died

That guy was beautiful. Fuck Jeff Ross.
(Ross is actually pretty funny. But not like Giraldo)

The clip were he destroys Dennis Leary on Tough Crowd is the best showcase of his knack for being brutal on a whim.

If you're a fan of Leary, you should listen to some Bill Hicks CDs and have your mind blown.

You could tell Giraldo was waiting for Leary to nitpick at another one of his jokes before he went in on him. It built up nicely

had to go watch that clip again...so good. sue costello was always painful on that show, but her trying to defend leary's show was just...oof.

I know his jokes about Carrot Top made him cry backstage afterwards.

He was GOAT. The roasts aren't the same without him.
