Mental Illness Podcast last week with Amber Tozer was excellent.
Laughspin podcast is great, it's comedy news in brief with a good variety of new stuff and previews coming out in different mediums, like new stand-up albums, viral comedian vids, etc...
There are a bunch of good ones on Kevin Smith's SIR site. Personally my favorite is Tell Em Steve Dave, but there's something for everyone on there. If you like comic books you can probably find 10,000 hours of content.
When O&A are off I usually go through and cherry pick podcasts based on their guests (Joe Rogan, Kevin Smith, Jay Mohr), but I finally checked out Penn's Sunday School and have been really into them.
Jay mohr stories, some people don't like him as a guest but he's got great podcasts. A lot of Jim Jeffries appearances. Then he has had Burr on a couple times, DeRosa, Quinn, Norton, Florentine. He tends to bring up O&A from time to time about he loves going on the show and thinks its the greatest. It's a great podcast, 2 a week I believe.
