Origin of Troyquan's "Down for whatever"?

Just wondering if there was a link of the origin of Troyquan's "down for whatever" catchphrase? It's quickly become part of my everyday jargon and I must know its roots!
Thanks and go fuck yourselves.

I think it was from the Cleveland trip last year, Troy had a hotel room next to Sam. Sam could hear Troy with one of his bitches. I believe Jim asked Sam if he jerked off to the noise. Sam said no. Jim asked Troy if he would have minded, and he said he's down for whatever. I may be completely wrong, in which case I retract my statements and go fuck myself.

I think it was when they went to jimmys special in Cleveland. An they were talking about what they gonna do / party An he said "I'm down for whatever". Or how sam heard him fuckin. An they asked troy what he'd do if sam tried to join, he said I'm down for whatever.

I don't know where it started ultimately, but I think they at least started making fun of "down for whatever" when Troy didn't come in to work the day that Hurricane Sandy rolled through.
"Gee Troy, I thought you were 'down for whatever', guess not."

Pretty sure it was Cleveland, I just can't remember if it was before or after. It might have been related to the stripper he and his girl may or may not have hooked up with.

He's an old man so he wants to seem young and spontaneous. Thats also why he skateboards and is a failed DJ. He is also quickely realizing he has no use on the show other then being mean and making annoying production
