Yeah, he said it jokingly. Something like, "Craig Robinson? That Uncle Tom Nigger/Nigga?" Then he gave that Patrice 'I'm cutting you down/the joke is on you' laugh.
Patrice's life could make a good movie, but the problem is it would be impossible to cast him.
The best thing would be to do it animated or something and get Patrice audio to narrate it. The caricature would look like Patrice, and the caricature could move like him with talented animators/cartoonistgs. Then you could just get a good vocal mimic.

I didn't like the first couple of Patrice appearances I heard, but after the third or so, I was 100% in. I loved hearing him on the show.
