Watched the first episode of this show and it was terrible, so I didn't have high expectations for the Opester. Just watched his segment and it was... pretty damn good actually. The prank idea was solid and it went over well. The actors playing Federal agents could have been better, but overall they made it work.
It sounds like Opie was responsible for making his prank so good. They said on the show that the director shot one exchange and then took off and Opie decided to stick around and do more people. I could definitely see Opie do other projects like this. We all know he has a knack for cruelty and uncomfortable situations.
Next week: Convincing a mentally retarded man to turn himself over to the police, stomping on a homeless man's cake, and forcefully removing the wig from a bald 50-year-old virgin in the street.
EVERYONE on the show was an actor this includes the "marks." We've heard Opie himself say that there's no such thing as a real prank on TV/radio. The potential liability for the producers/director/production company far outweigh catching a real prank. Every mark comes off like an actor, from their clothing to their reactions. It's so obviously fake. A "bit" if you will.

Every time I see that show, I wonder how many of the marks say "aren't you...aren't you Sewage Joe from Parks and Rec?"

"LMAO you're on Who Gets the Last Laugh!"
"I'm on what? with who?"

So much better than I thought it'd be. The actors were a bit lacklustre but the concept was so much funnier than the other two.

This was a good prank. I don't think the show has legs, but his segment was great.

Maybe they'll just give Opie a candid camera tv show.

Have it take place in NYC. He could easily incorporate all of the friends of the show into it.

The awkward high-five/handshake between Opie and Donald Faison in the beginning gave me douchechills, but other than that it was actually pretty good.

I thought this was brilliant, but I kept noticing that Opie keeps giving an awkward high 5 to Donald. lol

I did think they were a little under dressed to be going to work.

The FBI agent with the mustache has acted in several things. A real mark would have recognised him.
