why does this show attract so many fans that have no idea where to draw the line?

Long format show, very casual, hosts discuss their lives in (seeming) detail.

Not saying people should do things like this, but this type of show will always draw that type of fanbase. Anyway, hell, they got rich of having a fanbase like that. So it's hard to feel bad for them.
