I have two brothera who have Aspergers. Trust me, Roland doesn't have it. Someone with asbergers could not function in a job that requires them to constantly deal with people and especially new people on a daily baisis, and requires making and maintaining relationships.
Edit: people with asbergers work best in jobs where a specific and repetitive series of tasks are laid out for them to accomplish mostly by themselves. They worst great as web designers, computer programers, engineers, ect...they do not, for example, find much success as car salesman or account executives.
