I always assumed it was due to someone on the show buying views for him....sorta glad it came organically. Now all the retard needs is a new twitter account.
Simple PickUp shows guys trying to pick up random girls in outrageous ways. They're pretty entertaining videos, good cringe material when they fail, but it shows how all pick-up is a numbers game, and you can't get discouraged by rejections because you do get success from it.
