Opie's WORST crutch
2 2013-04-10 by peopleknowme13
Is: "Holy fuck"
It's not just that he uses it way too much, it's that he uses it over things that don't merit a "holy fuck".
I don't mind extreme language, but its gotten out of hand with him.

His worst crutch is mentioning that he is a fucking father. Enough already.

I have to say on behalf of fathers - it's just what we do. We suck.

Don't get me wrong, I know you're proud but every fuckin' conversation it's: "Well as a father", "My young son ( your son) and I", "My kid does that". It's draining.

I know. I know. I catch myself doing it all the time and I'm like "Shut the fuck up. People have been breeding for millennia, you're not special!"

Nah, that is context. It's different than the other kinds of crutches.

Yeah and if I listened to you speak 20 hours a week 50+ weeks a year I'm sure aspects of your speech would repeat itself too, and annoy the ever living shit out of someone. I'm a huge fan of the show, and certain aspects of it annoy me, but some of you fags over analyze every god damn thing the b-b-boys do. I'm not sure if some of you understand exactly how hard it is to fill the air for that long with out having dead spots. I'm sure some of what the boys say is filler so there aren't dead spots. Its going to happen when you talk that much unless you have some amazing lexicon that allows you to know and use more words than the average person. From what I've read the average person knows between 20,000-40,000 words but only uses about 2,000 of these daily.

god damn right man, we all use the same words/phrases all the time, we just dont have a microphone in front of us all the time. its one thing to complain here and there but people are too critical here, do we want the negativity that is attached to wackbag?

I'm pretty sure its getting there if its not already there

This x10000. I'd LOVE to hear how some of these critics interact in their daily lives, buncha Chipperson ripoffs and Regular Joes.

I do say "container of coffee" about six times a day.

I just think he should be made aware of that crutch.

Why?
1 zenlogick 2013-04-10
BECAUSE HEARING THE SAME WORD MORE THAN 3 TIMES IN 4 HOURS REALLY GRINDS MY GEARS
WHOTHEFUCK DOES HE THINK HE IS

I thought you were gonna say "howling" again, but you're right, this is worse. Comes off as him trying to sound extreme.
Hopefully someone could make a super cut and they'll play it and he'll feel like a twat.

I disagree... his worst crutch is never letting anyone finish a sentence, ever.
2 opiesucks 2013-04-10
oh, let us not forget "HORRENDOUS!"

No its "all in"

To shoot a little praise. I do enjoy his "I don't believe in it" when he's talking about stuff that actually exists, but he's just not a fan of it.
1 WhoIsPurpleGoo 2013-04-10
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT"
1 Seafish 2013-04-10
"A little taste/ a little something something"
pronouncing milk as "melk"
pronouncing clips as "hlips"
The constant "pissed off" tone of voice he uses when talking about ANYTHING.
Irrelevant, talentless, old hack.

i personally hate when he goes 'MY POINT BEING" or 'YOU JUST MADE MY POINT." enough about your points!
1 torque_lewith 2013-04-10
you should be able to articulate your point without saying 'my point is"
