On this note - Norm MacDonald, on his twitter, pulled off what appears to be an amazing, 3 hr+ troll job on his atheist followers last night that has fooled a lot of people. Atheists are fuming and the dumb Christians are celebrating that a new celebrity has come out as a Christian.
Are you talking about his Audie Murphy tribute? Norm MacDonald wasn't trolling, he really is a Christian. He's the one who got me into Tolstoy, actually.

Also, his appearance's on Stern shed more light on Norm's beliefs. Fucking Norton being a faggot wanting to interview some hick more than one of the greatest natural comedians of all time.
Along with CQ and Birbigs, they could have talked about Todd Barry, Chelsea Peretti (especially in her all-caps phase), and Joe Mande in terms of meta/ironic twitter-trolls.
I get all those other twitters, but I really thought birbiglia was serious with the snl tweets. Idk, he just seems like a guy who would do that. Guess not.
Why would a professional comic say things like "Fred Armisen's character's name in this sketch is Leo Suess. Ridiculous. #SNL" Obviously he's making fun of the banality of live-tweeting things like SNL, either critically or praising it.
I like bid bigs. He def has a different style which I think is great. I wish he still did the show but I think he said on WTF that he just felt bad about what he'd said and about his interactions with other comics on the show when he was done. Some guys can shut it off after the show is done and compartmentalize it but unfortunately he's not one of them.
