Is there a way to tell if my ISP is participating in the six strikes thing? My ISP is not one of the big 5, but has some connection to verizon so I don't really know.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, it's basically what ISPs have been doing for years and years.

Why would the ISPs need to give them any information? It's freely distributed via the HAARP database
