The music days are okay but pretty ironic...

Isn't Opie always ripping on music channel jocks because "they aren't good enough to fill a talk show"? That's basically rain on your wedding day.

I hate music days, mostly because I'm not a big music guy.
Its not really ironic though, because Opie rips on music channel jocks because a typical hour is 75% music. When OandA do music its pretty much music talk with 30 second samples of a song here and there.

i think it's great because they have done all these breaks multiple times within the past year. and erock is always annoyed that they are doing the pearl jam, stp, journey, blah blah bits.

I am sick and fucking tired of their Journey breaks. I don't mind if they bring up STP and play some songs, but when they talk about Journey it always goes on for an hour and a half.

I would never like to hear about Journey or Pearl Jam again, particularly from Opie & Dr Gay. Nor do I want to hear Joe DeRosa make cumsies talking about Faith No More.

Rain on your wedding day isn't ironic. And they rip on what they did back then all the time.

I realize I misunderstood the topic. I thought he was referencing back at like waaf in Boston when they were on a music station.
