I never mentioned this on r/O&A before but I started listening to the show a few months before Patrice passed away. I got hear a couple live shows featuring Patrice and I really enjoyed every minute of it. I actually have a small business maintaining aquariums - and it wasn't until after he passed, and I purchased the Patrice O&A set from Audible, that I found out Patrice was an aquarium hobbyist too and paid someone to take care of a couple of fish tanks.
I would have done that shit for free just to bs with him for a few hours.

Patrice was classy as shit. I like that he was confident enough in himself to have small dogs instead of some ridiculous pitbull or something.
He's one of my biggest role models, one of the only celebrity deaths that had a huge effect on me.
