They're probably behind some corporate system that is restricted from installing 3rd-party apps, such as Firefox or even ad-blocking plugins for IE.

My guess is that since they work for a large corporation that receives a lot of revenue from advertisements, it would be frowned upon for them use ad block. I'm sure that paltalk and twitter had blown up multiple times alerting them of ad block.

Not at all, I just assume that they were told not to use ad block. I could not comprehend that none of them are aware of ad block at this point.
