Complaining about Twitter

I think it is so stupid that all of them complain about the listeners saying shitty things to them on Twitter. Op, Ant, and Jim shit on people for a living. They make fun of fat girls, retarded kids, gay guys, so why do they get so upset when people make fun of them? It's okay to not like people shitting on you, but when they complain, they act like it's for a reason other than they get their feelings hurt. They say it's because the listeners aren't their friends, but then how do they justify shitting on people they don't know? Don't get me wrong, the voice is hilarious and the listeners are assholes, I just think its a little hypocritical.

Do ya?

You should tweet them a link to this fantastic reddit post.

It's annoying, I guess, but not nearly annoying as another "Complaining about the boys Complaining about Twitter" thread.

Valid point.

Complaining about guys complaining about guys complaining.

Listeners for the most part, should just listen. Followers for the most part, should just follow.

People listen and follow for a reason. They don't follow you.

They complain because its "fans" that bash. They're not fans of tards and fat chicks.

When Opie said "uugh, i love you, popie" in reference to the pope having his share of assholes in the typical troll fan voice, I nearly lost control of my sphincter. I love their bitching.

Twitter and other social networking platforms straddle the line between public and private. Besides that, comedy relies on timing and certain verbal and visual cues that are not present when some lump twits the 5000th "you're not funny" message to a radio host who gets a buzz in his pocket about it at lunch.

In other words, the difference between an insult comic and an asshole is a paying audience.

I get that, and they are totally justified to bash fans for being annoying. I just think it's a little dishonest of them to say they do it for a bunch of reasons when it's really because they don't like being shit on. If they went on the air and they were like "wow the fans are so annoying on Twitter, all they do is say shitty things to me, I'm not putting up with that, BLOCKED." That is fine. But they go on and on about how it's fucked up that people use Twitter this way when all of them do the same shit to other people. Opie harasses Kim Kardashian, Anthony just starts shit with random people, and Jim attacks the Westboro people.

I think it's not the debates they are talking about, more over the people who insult them and open new accounts to just to insult them.

Yeah I guess that is a good point. I just think it's silly when one of them goes off on a rant about getting a tweet saying they are ugly or something.
