How did Opie and Anthony get fired a while back?

I keep hearing it brought up lately and I'm wondering what the story is... I guess it happened before I started listening.
EDIT: On a recent show I think Opie mentioned his grandma and how someone told him they were glad that she (his grandma) didn't see what they did...

I'm pretty sure he was referencing when Opie was having a meal in the basement at his grandmothers house (ANT was there, Grandma was upstairs) and when he went to grab a beer, he came back and found the dog eating his steak, so he kicked it so hard it died like a few weeks later. I don't remember either Opie or Anthony being fired on separate occasions. But I could be wrong.

They were fired in Boston in 1998 after they announced Mayor Marblemouth Menino had died in a car wreck.
Fired in New York in 2002 for the Sex for Sam bit. Couples would get points for having sex in public places. One couple decided to have sex in the vestibule of a church.
