Yes, of course it matters. Do you think legal departments spend days and days scouring all the corners of the internet for people to send C&Ds to? Of course not. They go on youtube, search "opie and anthony", and send those people letters, then they go to super accessible sites (like reddit, especially since opie mentioned us) and look at the front page. It's super easy for the people who do what they do to fly under the radar, but everyone needs to understand how to be cool. Like a bunch of Fonzies.

False. If that were true then all of the sites that put up whole shoes (and not just O&A, there are also similar sites for Stern which has a much more aggressive legal department) would be instantly gone, they wouldn't be around for years and years unimpeded.

When you login go up to the top of the main site next to the little (W) Wordpress logo, Mouseover the title; Ted's O&A Emporium, and click Dashboard. You should see the invite thing right there, enter a name and an e-mail address and send.

He seems to be updating on his twitter for the meantime anyway.

I do. But I'm about tired of fucking payin 20.00 a month just so I can listen to this 1 channel. And the app or my radio doesn't work half the damn time

I have a full subscription in my car, pay for the online feed also, and I enjoy saving all the episodes so I can listen later. The radio is good, app almost never works for me, but I'd rather have episodes ready to go when I'm runnin, or on a plane, or just in the mood to hear a classic bit.

Yea same here. I have the xm sub and the online app access but I don't like waiting for SiriusXM to decide when on demand will be uploaded and how long it will stay for. I also like listening to the show offline.

all of the above reasons, i do the audible subscription, but enjoy the 30-60 minute upload time of these guys.
