Bobo has to be at least severely autistic. As much as I hate the guy, I get uncomfortable when people fuck with him. When his mom dies he will be a burden of the state, or homeless.
He's autistic as fuck. The fact that he doesn't understand the concept of money is very telling. This is not someone who functions while just never getting sarcasm. It must be hell to live with him.
