A lot of great moments in this. The guy just sounds like a douche right off the bat. Then he starts getting aggressive with Norton from out of nowhere. His awful inflection, the way he shifts gears so quickly between sincerity and aggression, and his perfectly timed "shut the fuck up" at 3:58 have made this clip a favorite of mine. I wish this guy would call in again.
