No it's not. I opened the video and scrolled down so I didn't have to watch his shitty animation. It's stilted and really doesn't add anything. Anyone with enough time can draw the guys then only animate the mouth and eyes. O&A only like him because he's one of two fans who is still making stuff for them; That doesn't mean his shitty animations should be praised.
