What really? Why? He just comes off as a horribly lazy consumer who does the bare minimum at his job. I think there's a reason the rest of the staff makes fun of him.

If he did such an awful job he would have been fired a long time ago. I think they just shit on him cause its easy and cause its funny. There have been times when Sam gets out of character and will say how Erock works really hard.
