I guess it depends on how you define 'cool'. I define it as someone who is funny and would be interesting to hang out with. If you define cool as a 34 year old creep that dresses like he is 16 and carries around a skateboard than Troy Quan wins hands down.
Troyquan is just an everyday average douchebag. Like many we all have in our own towns. He gets built up because except for Anthony, the rest are all married up guys that see the same ol thing all the time. Troy is the product of big fish small pond syndrome.
