The Mayor blamed the retarded homes(apartments) next to the Sheriff's station saying retards shouldn't have such a close proximity to corrupt cops. Anyway, one of these 'tards is gonna make bank in his lawsuit against the Sheriff's, cos they treated him like a 'tard when they broke into his home and fucked his dinner up thinking that's where the shooter was shooting from.
I never enjoyed the abuse Terry Clifford got because I'm not a heartless psychopath. Even Patrice felt bad about it at one point. It makes me smile that she's still in radio while Nana is broadcasting to nobody but Keith and Big A from his basement.
I'll admit that the first couple times they Jocktobered her were funny, (fat people humor always gets over). But it did start to feel genuinely mean-spirited as time went on. It was kinda like Gem Mardin's constant Andrea Yates jokes; I didn't get offended and clutch at my pearls about it, but it was like holy shit dude--we get it, you're edgy.
I don't begrudge anyone a laugh at a fat woman's expense but I completely agree with you that at some point it just becomes redundant and downright mean. There's a compilation of her Jocktoberings on YouTube called 'The Terry Clifford Beatings' and that's exactly what they became - just abusive beatings. I never enjoyed them because it was clear from the radio clips on O&A that she was a really nice, gentle person plus I heard that she was reduced to tears many times from the humiliation and harassment.
I'm fine with others attacking a woman's appearance but I'd rather the woman in question was a hateful person to begin with (e.g. Amy Schumer). Terry Clifford was just minding her own business.
