Just look at his dumb face. It's a very clear case of "retard face." It goes beyond just like a typical fat nerd face. Sure he's cringey and stupid, we all know that, but I never really considered that he is actually retarded until I saw those pictures. The guy is mentally challenged. I believe so. Fairly early on one of our eminent Pat scholars revealed that Pat's brother was 'disabled', though What flavor of retard he is was never mentioned and it sort of fell through the cracks because no matter how severe his retardation is there's no way he isn't less embarrassing than pat.
