You could have just had a modest online presence, marketing your books (which seems to be somewhat of a passion of yours), and keeping up with the latest on the people who should be the most important in your life -- your friends and family. But you fucked it all up. The saddest part about this is that somewhere out there, there's some little girl who wonders why her real dad doesn't give a shit about her. But her dad's too busy taking selfies in a sports bar, vomiting out all of his energy and emotions onto the Internet in order to fill the bottomless void that exists where his heart should be. Normal people don't enjoy filling that void with egomania, a persecution complex, and being a faggot; but you do.
