The rest of the comments were calling him a pedo but he responded to mine.

I'm a fan of Neil Gaiman and sometimes go to his website. If he ever had a blog post that went like this, it would blow my mind. And the fact that this post has a link to another post about us in it is even weirder.
The reason why Amazon won't do anything, is because of the intent of the person making the demand. He wants these banned now, but what about the genuinely negative (and cutting) reviews a real customer gives? Do those get shipped away into the "troll" category? How do we know that the creator isn't trying to buck the system in their favor? And how do you determine a troll in disguise vs. a real customer in the first place?
This is why you leave it to algorithms. Amazon collects data from incidents like this, sends it to their developers, and applies it to the next round of updates. If he were someone like Pig Schumer; they would've done something immediately (like Netflix) because of the risk of bad publicity. But updates are all they can do. Especially with something like Amazon, who're already politically sympathetic toward people like Pat in the first place, by the way.
