You need to have legit details attached to the domain or it can be pulled from you under ICANN rules; but you can pay for your hosting company to act as a cutout.
If you're really paranoid, setup a Protonmail email address, get a mailing address in a pro-privacy country, and pay for the last two with bitcoin.

Use ICANN protection, usually comes with most hosting services. I built joecumia.com and still haven't been backtraced.
