I'd be willing to fight Joe in a sanctioned amateur MMA fight but anytime somebody accepts his challenge he starts making all of these stipulations. You have fly out to meet him and it has to be on his home turf in a street fight or something retarded like that.

He doesn't want a straight up fight because a.) he is a coward who is all talk and b.) he wants the option to sue you if you beat him up. You can't sue somebody for whooping your ass in a sanctioned fight.
