Everything is so fast-paced, you just need to listen to some music to understand that, it’s 200 beats per minute! So are people who we deem as too slow, mentally, actually too slow or are we too fast? In Latin the word “retardare” also means to delay, to hinder progress and I don’t think an individual with a cognitive deficit can do this, calling them “too slow” is an approach that lacks empathy and understanding, this is not how we move forward as humanity. Rolls a D-20 for strength, which actually turns out to be 14, but said independence is locked to Thief's intelligence and loses 15 points. A strength of -1 leads the white portion to play the blues, but ironically the white portion has rhythm and plays drums, and thus no one can tell the whiter portion is sad. And even if they could, a D-20's roll shows that they're sooner distracted by old Patrice O'Neal videos on Youtube.
