Probably my favourite actor ever and just objectively one of the best of all time. He was in a string of bad movies in the 80s before he had a heart attack but he did that thing that only a couple of actors can do. He's so good he makes them watchable.
However...if you don't want to be robbed of the illusion that he's not actually just another drama club faggot then, whatever you do, DON'T watch his Oscar acceptance speech for The French Connection.
Little Bill Daggert telling the story of Two Guns Cochran lets him off the hook for anything though.
