Do any of you guys play video games?

I see people are trying to share their interests tonight. Almost like we're trying to get to know each other a little bit more. Anyway, do you guys play video games? I will occasionally play PUBG, sometimes GTA online. I'm limited seeing as I only have a PlayStation 4, but I've picked up on a lot of their Little indie games available in the PlayStation store. There are quite a few good ones on there. How about you guys? What are you playing? I already know I'm a faggot, so there's no need to remind me that I am one in the comments. But if you do, just know I still love you no matter how you feel about me.

World War Z is pretty good

It's repetitive as shit. But I've been hitting it pretty hard for a couple of weeks.

That one looks dope, reminds me of left 4 dead series.

No! Anything that brings enjoyment is for faggots. You sit and stare at a white wall like the rest of us do for fun

You stare at a wall? Lmao look at this faggot not staring at a void

Mr big shot is what they call me

Who has time to stare at a wall? I grab my thermos, hit the job site, and start swinging a hammer. You college boys have too much time on your hands.

I've been addicted to Warframe lately. It's free and on ps4. It's hard to get into, but there's a lot of content and you don't need to pay any money to enjoy the game.

The last games I really enjoyed were 'Into the Breach', 'Katana Zero' and 'Thimbleweed Park'. Earlier this year there was the 'Resident Evil 2' remake. Also liked the latest Zelda game a few weeks ago on my girlfriend's Switch. Before that I played the 'Ocarina of Time' remaster on my faggot 3DS. Tried to get into 'Skyrim' yesterday. Not really for me, it seems. Got to look for something else to play.

I don't do anything competitive multiplayer, because I'm a shit at it.

Skyrim is amazing.

Try playing as the hack "everyone does it" build: sneak archer. It's hack because it's so fun to just creep around every dungeon and pick off the guards one by one. Sword shit and magic shit gets fucking tiring, just accept that the game is god-tier when you primarily play as an archer and then break out the melee shit during boss fights.

Skyrim is amazing.

AMAZING

It’s faggy if I say that I’ve constantly been playing GTA 4 for the past 10 years isn’t it? I don’t play for the cameos from has been radio personalities, I just honestly love the story of Niko Bellic and the setting of Liberty City. Even the two DLC packages were exceptionally well done. Boy am I a friendless loser.

Online or you juat play the story repeatedly? Does online still work for it/is it popular?

I tried playing a game of GTA IV on PS3 a few months back. I got into a free roam session, but they're only about four or so people in it.

It's a good game but 10 years? You need a big change in your life brother.

gta V

I lot of people (myself included) find a west cost setting displeasing

gta4 is way more fun to play, and in a lot of ways the graphics are better

I was thinking about getting Days Gone

Anime as a whole disgusts me but Persona 5 is my favorite PS4 game, by a pretty sizable margin. I can't imagine describing it in any way where it sounds cool to this hateful-ass sub, but sigh you're a Japanese high school student who fixes the problems of Tokyo by entering a dream world where you battle a evil person's demons, eventually making them confess in real life. You also have an annoying talking cat who decides when you have to go to sleep.

Soundtrack rules, and the game legit takes months to get through. You just gotta commit to being Japanese Harry Potter but Inception instead of wizardry. Like of course, the third person to join my Inception team is going to be a talking cat, and the fourth is going to be the hottest girl in school who sits in front of me in class.

It's the shit if you can leave your ego at the door. I'm an adult this shit is stupid - then don't play it. 10 out of 10 and if you get into it do NOT look up spoilers.

I'm not trying to be crude or boorish. But your description of the game made me watch a quick trailer of it, and I truly am intrigued by the game. I'll buy it. I never really got into anime at all. But I do remember when they started showing cowboy Bebop on adult swim back when I was a kid. it was the only anime series that I really ever got into. That and samurai champloo, they're very similar. I also liked the movie Lupin 3.

The game looks cool though. I like the cell shading they use.

Motherfucker, I turned another one. You'll never see it cominggggggg

Seriously though, play the game and don't talk about it on the internet. It makes the experience so much better - the only thing to look up is the school answers because I don't know fucking Japanese history and all it does is boost the intelligence stat. Maybe look up how to beat a boss if you have problems.

Oh, and give your character a silly name. I'd recommend "Killa Chris", because the Japanese shit is all (lastname)-Kun, so your playthrough will be bombarded by people calling you Chris-Kun.

Persona 5

How's the gameplay?

pretty easy, turn based counter hunting, so if an enemy is weak to water/fire/etc you should use a char that has a move of that type

LIke the old final Fantasy games ?

pretty much. but the combat isn't really the reason to play the game, it's more about how you interact with your student friends and other characters around town. And trying to fuck your teacher and goth doctor

I like that , can you heroshima the place like in Fallout 3 ?

Like Pokemon. Turn based combat, any enemy you fight you can "collect" and use in further battles. You can also execute two enemies together and create a stronger one from their corpses.

I can live the high school life I couldn't have

I'll go back to the classics occasionally like the X-Com games and Civilization. I have a PS4 and played Destiny 1 and 2 for a while but got sick of losing the multiplayer all the time because of how much I suck at that game.

X-Com is fucking addictive. One of the reasons I cut video games out

Totally addictive. One of the only games I've played that even after I've completed it I still feel this nagging urge to go back to.

I only play Rockstar games because they give me free t-shirts to wear under my $8 short-sleeved button downs.

Seriously I cant stop playing red dead 2 but I have been playing both south park games

I only play XBL with Stinks. He's the only total pos I agree to interact with from this sub.

Fawkin pinball

This is some queer shit, but I've been playing the ps2 version of ncaa football 2009 off and on for about 10 years now. I should be killed

I’m a savage on Madden

Dead By Daylight, Rocket League and The Division 2 like a retard on PS4.

I have a giant backlog of indie games I've bought and never played or played and didn't get very far into, like Ruiner, Slain, Observer, Always Sometimes Monsters.

My friends say Persona 5 and the Spider-Man game are good for PlayStation also heard god of war. I have an Xbox and mostly play Gears of war 4 online, I played fallout 76 for the first few months but stopped. Gears of war I like. Fuck battle royale game types though

Divinity Original Sin 2, tough to learn but a lot of fun once you do

I've been playing hardwest the past couple of nights, it's basically a rip-off of nu-xcom set in western times with devil shit, it's alright as a time killer but nu-xcom is a lot better, mechanically

i usually play older shit though, most games now go for a cinematic "experience" as opposed to gameplay

PUBG is fucking trash, shit feels less fluid and rougher around the edges than counterstrike 1.6 . Lately I've been playing Subnautica. I can't recommend it enough, it's the fucking creepiest and anxiety inducing games ever.

I detest superhero movies and comics, but Spider-Man is visually awesome and fun to play, swinging around is very fluid and combat is challenging on a high difficulty. Also, Horizon: Zero Dawn is extremely fun and I can’t recommend it enough. I’s an open-world action role-playing game set in the future where robotic animals and dinosaurs have basically destroyed society and reverted people to tribes/hunter-gatherers; you play as a female hunter who leaves her tribe to figure shit out and the combat is great (you mostly use a robotic bow for ranged combat and a spear for melee). There are human enemies too so you’re not just fighting robots/animals (which each have their own strengths/weaknesses), but the robots are the main focus and it has plenty to explore. God of War also has quality combat and fantastic graphics, but it’s a linear game if that’s your thing. All are PS4 exclusives too.

You beat me to it! I came here to say that Zero Horizon Dawn was the last great game I played. Spider-Man is visually and physically rewarding- maybe the best physics of any game I’ve ever played - but Zero Horizon Dawn was perfect. It was so good that I worry it’s the high-water mark and everything is downhill from it.

For PS4 you can probably get Yakuza 0 for cheap. You are a young yakuza, framed for murder and wrapped up in a massive gang war. The story is really good, the combat involves you kicking your white crocodile shoes into many dude's teeth, and there's plenty of weird japanese goofiness. If you like it enough, there's also Yakuza 6, Kiwami, and Kiwami 2

For solo offline games, anything Elder Scrolls series has massive replay value. Also AC: Odyssey, Spider Man, Horizon Zero Dawn, and the Resident Evil 2 remake. The original Mass Effect trilogy was probably my favorite though

For online, Destiny (2), although a repetitive loot shooter, finds a way to be consistently fun, but the DLC costs steered me away. The Division 2 is good, if you like a more tactical type of shooter. For a mindless zombie shooter for when you just want to hop right in because you have a little time to kill, Killing Floor 2 is cheap and fun

OP and anyone who posted a legitimate response listing their favorite video game is an utter faggot.

What do you think is gonna happen? You’re gonna find another friendless loser like yourself who plays the same game on the same console as you do that you can co-op with because you both enjoy a 5-year dead radio show so obscure no one could even begin to explain?

You’ve all lost your way
