She was cut from a bunch of scenes on Fish and was ultimately removed from the set because she wouldn't stop screaming racial slurs at the child actors totally unprovoked.

Talented, tortured lady though. For my money she was best as the mom in Dennis The Menace and the gold digging whore in the Beverly Hillbillies movie with Jim Varney.
