Well on Remote Control it was noted that he was tight with Fat Boys and Run DMC, then in the 90s he would hang out with the guys on Yo MTV Raps and the various rappers that would appear there. Hip hop artists love Colin.
Colin was also friends with the late Tupac Shakur , in fact , Colin was in Vegas at the Tyson fight on the night Pac got killed . I remember him saying on some O&A episode that he warned Pac about Suge and some of the other negative people who were dragging him down , Colin was one of the first people to visit Pac at the hospital in New york , being a Brooklyn native he tried to organize a sit down with Biggie to straighten out their differences but PAC was stubborn and paranoid after the first shooting so he wasn't hearing none of it .
