Hey, I don't want to do this, but after some thought, I'm going to take down the post despite firmly believing it should be fair use, for the very reasons I cited earlier. It skirts the line just enough that the admins will probably grant the takedown if he files it. The claims that are close are the ones that they're probably just going to go through with, figuring "they can counterclaim if they want", and with so many strikes against us, I don't know that we can take the risk. Sorry, man, it wasn't an easy decision.
