If he files a DMCA to reddit, I doubt they'll let it slide on a technicality, they'll probably just honor the request because, at the end of the day, wherever the pic is being hosted, it's still posted here.

The DMCA spamming has put this Reddit on the radar of admins, and there's been a lot of cross-posting and obvious trolling of pat on other subreddits (like the masstagger and stand-up stuff) that has put this Reddit on the map as a place that has a vendetta specifically against him.
