I'm not sure why bots even exist. I suppose when reddit was younger, there might have been more coders around and it was a little hobby. But bots do exist and for a reason I'm even less sure of why, they are ranked by "usefulness" (# of good bot vs bad bot posts). I checked out some of the top bots and they are just for porn. The furry bot seems to be popular, if you say a number or some inside faggot code, it gives you free porn... there is a bot that reverses gifs which seem to be popular because you can watch an automatic fruit peeler build fruits now.

It's a rabbit hole of faggotry I don't understand but i did learn after about 1,000 good bots, the Patrick Tomlinson pedophile robot will be crowned the most useful bot in all of reddit. I would very much like to see this happen because you know it's going to get around the watercooler for some subs and administrator circles.

I'm hoping maybe a sticky can be made for people who want to farm "good bot" comments can be made, it might be fun.
